Success! Ripe blueberry, mandarin orange, and subtle gooseberry unfold over a soft, pillowy haze, creating an IPA that's juicy, expressive, and endlessly drinkable.

First Hop-Pothesis marks the beginning of our new rotating IPA series, an ongoing exploration of hops, flavor, and the unexpected moments that happen when curiosity meets creativity. Each release will ask a new question, push in a new direction, and uncover a new favorite.

The results are promising, but the research is far from over.
